True Survival – Zombie Apocalypse

  • All hostile Minecraft Mobs have beem removed. you should only see Zombies
  • Most Zombies die in water or rain, sleeping to skip the day will do nothing
  • Prey for rain

The Addon

This Zombie Apocalypse is simple. Can you survive in a world overrun by Zombies and other people trying to kill you? Let’s find out!

The History

  • A deadly virus has taken over the Minecraft world, some entities were killed instantly (Creepers, Skeletons,…). Everyone else became the undead… a zombie
  • Different types of Zombies have taken over the Minecraft world, each type will have it’s own characteristics, it maybe speed, strength or something else
  • Whatever the case if you see a Zombie… run
  • Some people are survivors like you and you will find them wondering around getting attacked or attacking Zombies.
  • NPC’s will automatically attack Zombies just as Zombie will automatically attack NPC. If a NPC dies from a Zombies attack they will become Aombies themselves.
  • If you see an NPC in a safe place you maybe able to trade with them, if you have the correct item you can tame them and add them to your team

The zombies

When you kill a zombie it will turn into a dead Zombie, it will lay on the floor and start to decompose. Decomp has 3 stage

The 1st stage is the Zombie laying on the floor as fresh as when you killed it, this will last 20 seconds, within this time you can use a Carving Knife to take some Rotten Flesh from the corpse, by taking some flesh it will take the dead

Zombie to the next stage of decomp

In the 2nd stage, you will see the Zombie has started to rot away, this stage will also last 20 seconds, within this time you can once again use your Carving Knife to rip away some more Rotten Flesh, by taking the flesh of the dead Zombie will move to its last stage of Decomp.

In the final stage, you will see the Zombie is now just bones. Once again this stage will last another 20 seconds before the Skeleton disappears forever. Within his 20 seconds, you can use a Cleaver to chip away at the Skeleton and collect some bones. By doing this the Skeleton will disappear.

Stage one and two of decomp, the sunlight will have no effect on the corpse, as it moves to the last stage the sunlight will burn away the Skeleton.

You will need to find O2 Canisters inside-chest to trade with the Hazmat Scientist, he will trade you O2 Canisters for Empty Vials. Fill up the Vials with Zombie Blood from the corpses of dead Walkers, Runners, and Crawlers. Store as many Vials of Blood as you can, trust me you are gonna need them.

Rat

Rats will spawn anywhere in your World, they will avoid players. Rats will drop one piece of Raw Rat Meat or a Slime Ball. Rats will eat Rotting Zombies

All NPC will sit when tamed and will hold their own weapons.

WEAPONS

You will have all your normal swords that Minecraft has to offer. But more weapons will be coming update.

Sentry Gun:

A Sentry Gun will stand wherever you place it and be on the lookout for any Zombies it comes across. When you place it will be empty, you need to load it with some Sentry Gun Bullets, when you do this the Sentry Gun will come online and start looking for threats. Each case of Bullets will last 10 minutes before it becomes empty and needs reloading. 10 seconds before the Sentry Gun is empty it will drop the Empty Bullet Case so you can use it again.

The Sentry gun comes in 3 pieces, you need to look around Army Barracks to find all 3 pieces or buy them from the Army Man.

You can take down the Sentry Gun by interacting with a Stone Pickaxe.

Glock 19 Holds 15 Bullets

  • 10-12 Damage per Bullet

Sawed-off Shotgun Holds 5 Bullets

  • 45-50 damage per Bullet

Flare Gun Holds One Flare

Scar-L Holds 30 Bullets

  • 15-20 Damage/Bullet

M416 Holds 45 Bullets

  • 13-18 Damage/Bullet

Magnum 357 Holds 6 Bullets

  • 36-41 damage/bullet

Proximity Mines

Proximity Mines will explode when either a Zombie or a Player gets within 3 blocks of them.

ITEMS

New items have been added to True Survival – Zombie Apocalypse. These items will play a role in keeping you alive for as long as possible

Carving Knives

  • Have 5 versions: Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite
  • Useless for fighting, thwy will run out so fast if you use them to battle with. They are used to strip the Rotten Flesh from Zombie Corpses
    • Stone: weakest and have the least durability
    • Iron: little better than Stone
    • Gold: as sam as Stone Carving Snives but look better
    • Diamond: 2x better than Iron
    • Netherite: 2x better than Diamond Carving Knives

Cleavers:

  • Have 5 versions: Stone, Iron, Gold, Diamond, and Netherite
  • Useless for fighting, they will run out so fast if you use them to battle. They are use to chop up Zome bie Skeletons and collect the Bones.
    • Stone: weakest and have the least durability
    • Iron: little better than Stone
    • Gold: as sam as Stone but look better
    • Diamond: 2x better than Iron
    • Netherite: 2x better than Diamond Cleavers

Baseball Bat

  • The only craftable weapon for zombie killing

  • Razor Wire will kill Zombies when they walk through it

These items can be found in the Shop and they are dropped when you kill a Gang Member. The rare item the more valuable

  • Deodorant: Common
  • Shampoo: Uncommon
  • Shower Gel: Rare
  • Toothpaste: Super Rare
  • Toilet Roll: Ultra Rare

Use these items to trade with NPC

  • These items can be found in most structures, each item of food may keep you alive that little bit longer
  • These items can be found in some structures, the Med Kit can only be found in Loot Drops, each one will help keep your hearts above death

Swimming Zombie will drop Sea Root when they die, Craft 9 Sea Root into 1 Dolphin Root. The Dolphin Root will give you 4 minutes of Nightvision and Water Breathing. Perfect for Submarine hunting.

Air Drop

Shooting a Flare Gun up into the air will summon an airdrop, the loot inside will reflect the rarity of the Flare Gun itself.

  • You need to craft a Crow Bar to open the Air Drops

BackPacks

  • Can be found in Chests like everything else
  • Army green is smaller but more common, 5 slot inventory
  • Army Black is bigger, more rare, 27 slot
  • Walk to it to put it on your back, Sneak and Jump to release the Backpack
  • The Sky has been given a more apocalyptic look
  • The Sun and moon has been retextured
